How ClassWallet Works

Thanks for your interest in home learning with Imagine Learning Private Academies. Starting online school can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. We recommend you start by calling 888.866.4989 or scheduling an appointment to speak with one of our academy support advisors. Imagine Learning Private Academies courses are mastery learning based, meaning students must master a skill set before advancing to the next to ensure we’re preparing students for life, not to simply pass tests. Our academy support advisors will help you identify any learning gaps your child may have to help you in selecting the best courses and course load for your student.

Get started by completing the following steps.

• Step 1: Log into your ClassWallet account.
• Step 2: Click on the Imagine Learning Private Academies tile associated with your child’s school of record, then click on the grade appropriate tile to view your tuition purchase options.
• Step 3: Add your Imagine Learning Private Academies tuition purchase to your cart.
• Step 4: Go to checkout and confirm your selection. If you have any questions related to making your selection, call 888.866.4989.
• Step 5: Click on “Checkout with ClassWallet”
• Step 6: You will be brought back to your ClassWallet account. Follow the instructions on your ClassWallet account to complete your purchase using your available funding.
• Step 7: Your order will be submitted for approval, and you will be notified of either approval or rejection via email.
• Step 8: Once approved, you will be contacted by one of the Imagine Learning Private Academies academy support advisors to take the next steps in enrolling your student, or you can contact them yourself by calling 888.866.4989.
